This burro mother was very attentive to her youngster. Her young one reciprocated; it was a neat moment to capture with my camera. [I had been petting the young one earlier - perhaps mom wanted to remind him that he should stay closer to home.] I can definitively say that the softest fur on a baby burro is on their ears. Oh my. I fell a bit in love with this youngster.
This original watercolor wax batik painting has been framed, matted with archival mats and has plexiglas glazing. The framed dimensions are 26" wide by 24" high.
